Making healthy choices in an unhealthy world can be challenging, and doing it alone is discouraging.  Emotional attachments, self sabotaging behaviors and the oft-times discouraging comments of well-meaning family and friends tend to throw you off track.

My goal is to empower you, to inspire you and to educate you so that you can make choices that move you towards better and better health.   I believe that the foundation of health care is education. You need to learn what's best for YOU.  But knowledge is often not enough to inspire ACTION.

 

Information is Often Not Enough

I've seen it hundreds of times in over two decades of practice.  Intelligent, well read individuals like you have lots of knowledge about what to do and why to do it, but the how somehow seems to elude you.  Taking consistent steps towards health and putting the knowledge into action is what is so important yet so challenging on your own.

I offer a variety of Integrated Health Care Services, Health and Wellness Coaching, Classes, Support Groups, and Resources to help you to move from wherever you are on the health journey towards wherever you strive to be.  I help you to stay on the path when the going gets rough.

Education is empowerment. Support is the ignition switch.  This belief has lead me to develop a variety programs provide you with solid, scientifically based information and powerful tools to empower you to put the information into practice. 

 

Healthy Changes Need to Happen

at Your Own Pace

Change is so much easier when you can move at your own pace, isn't it?  Taking on too much too fast can sabotage you in your efforts and cause setbacks.  Yet knowing what steps to take first and how to pace the changes is quite a challenge to take on by yourself.

That's where I come in.  I'm a health detective and coach with over two decades of highly specialized training and skills. I look for the clues you won't see, and I put all the clues together to solve  the riddle, because your health is not like anyone else's. My clients and patients have various goals.  Some are recovering from years of illness, some from just a bit of neglect, and others strive to reach their peak performance.

The health care disciplines in which I'm trained include Clinical Nutrition, Chiropractic, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Heartmath® One on One Training, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Coaching is available to you either in person or on the telephone, one-to-one or in groups. 

I make it easy to fit self care into your busy schedule.  Learn to make fresh whole foods that taste delicious by attending one of my food preparation classes, either in person and online.
